Returns Policy

Customers may return the item within 2-Weeks from the date of the purchase. Item has to be unopened and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and used items are subject to a 40% restocking fee. The fee varies depending on the category and condition of the item.
Customer is reponsible for the freight charges when returning the item.

It may take upto 7 business days to process the returns and refunds. 

Shipping

All orders received at website, by telephone or by fax before 1.pm Eastern Time are shipped same day or within 1 business day from the time the order is processed and payment confirmed. If for any reason we cannot ship at that point, we will notify you by email. You may cancel your order without penalty if the delay is unacceptable.

 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

 For all returning products you must receive an RMA number. Please email us to get an RMA number. It takes approximately 2 business days to issue an RMA. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused.

 Please note that refunds are not available on opened packages.

 The credit will be made within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

 

Errors/ Omissions:

At Encore we do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full refund under above conditions.
